Common faults and solutions of on-board fuel dispensers

Users will inevitably encounter various faults in the process of using the tanker. Generally, there are two common ones. One is that the vehicle-mounted tanker does not output or the oil is slow after being turned on, and the other is that the vehicle-mounted tanker does not refuel after being turned on. I started counting, and these two failures will affect the normal use of the tanker. Today I will share with you the solutions for these two failures:

  1. There are debris, iron filings and other debris in the pipeline of the vehicle tanker. When the vehicle-mounted refueling machine oil pump performs oil pumping operations, if there are debris, iron filings and other debris in the pipeline.

it will block the filter screen of the separator, which will cause the vehicle-mounted refueling machine to not deliver oil or to slow down. In order to avoid such failures, we should frequently clean the separator filter of the vehicle-mounted fuel dispenser.

2. The oil pipeline of the vehicle tanker is severely damaged. If the oil pipeline is damaged, a large amount of gas will enter with it, so that the oil pipeline of the vehicle tanker cannot form a negative pressure, which causes the oil pipeline of the vehicle tanker to be exhausted, and the oil pump sound of the tanker does not discharge oil. In order to avoid such failures, we must frequently overhaul the pipeline. Once the pipeline is found to be damaged, repair or replace it immediately.

 3. The one-way valve of the fuel tank or the oil pipeline is stuck or damaged. This situation will also cause the vehicle-mounted refueling machine oil pump to fail to feed oil. Solution: Check and replace the one-way valve on the fuel truck.

 4. The oil level in the fuel tank of the tanker is lower than the suction range of the pump, which will also cause the failure of the on-board tanker to fail. Solution: Add oil to the fuel tank to raise the liquid level.
